Apart from that, Im looking at getting a fish eye lens for my cam with the money I got back from tax recently. Somthing like this,

I need a little help, how can i lower the size of a video greatly (mb's, gb's), without affecting the image or sound quality dramaticly?
Is there like a program or optition?
My video camera is a panasonic nvgs330 and I edit with premier pro.

i use vegas 7 to edit and i usually go with 3 mbs (i think thats it) when i save. Ive seen some videos on youtube of "how to upload best quality videos to youtube" or something along those lines. id really like a fish eye but i have no clue where to buy such a thing here in canada
